Partner Marketing Manager (English speaking)

Now the product is in place we are buckling up for fast, international growth. As we expand into Europe and North America, we are looking for a Channel/Partner Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives focused on partner relationships and customer growth within our partner ecosystem.

The Role

The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that drive demand through Roseman Labs’ channel and reseller partners. You will collaborate closely with solution providers, system integrators, and large enterprise customers to integrate our software into their tech stacks and drive mutual growth. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, project management, and hands-on execution. 

Key responsibilities:

Customer/Partner enablement & relationship management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with solution providers, affiliates (resellers, system integrators), and large enterprise customers, ensuring alignment on joint go-to-market strategies. 

  • Create and implement customer/partner enablement programs, providing partners with the tools, training, and resources they need to effectively market and sell Roseman Labs’ solutions. 

  • Develop co-branded marketing materials and work with partners to launch joint campaigns that align with their go-to-market initiatives. 

Channel marketing strategy & campaigns

  • Define and execute a channel marketing strategy focused on driving revenue growth through the partner ecosystem. 

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage multi-channel digital campaigns (email, social media, SEO, paid search) that drive partner-sourced leads. 

  • Work with customers/partners to co-host webinars, events, and trade shows, positioning Roseman Labs as a leader in secure data collaboration. 

 

Customer/Partner program development & execution

  • Lead the development and execution of customer and partner marketing programs to drive awareness and engagement within Roseman Labs’ partner network. 

  • Develop and manage customer and partner-facing programs such as incentives, loyalty programs, and deal registration systems to ensure alignment with revenue goals. 

  • Implement customer and partner marketing automation strategies that streamline partner communications and reporting, ensuring visibility into partner performance. 

 

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales team to support customer/partner-led deals, ensuring effective coordination between partner marketing and direct sales initiatives. 

  • Collaborate with the content and product marketing teams to ensure that messaging and positioning align with Roseman Labs' value proposition and technical capabilities. 

  • Liaise with the marketing operations team to optimize CRM integration and ensure accurate tracking of partner performance and marketing attribution. 

KPIs & Outputs

  • Revenue growth: Increase customer/partner-driven revenue through co-marketing and demand generation initiatives. 

  • Engagement: Grow participation in co-marketing programs and enablement  

  • Lead generation: Drive % of qualified leads from channel customers/partners via targeted marketing efforts. 

  • Content delivery: Deliver and update customer and partner-facing marketing materials, sales enablement tools and campaigns quarterly, ensuring fresh content is available to support sales. 

  • Event participation: Execute # of joint events or webinars per quarter with key partners to drive awareness and leads. 

  • Program metrics: Track and report on the success of customer and partner marketing campaigns, focusing on pipeline growth, deal acceleration, and marketing ROI. 

Please note: we are open to applicants in EU countries but priority will be given to candidates residing in the Netherlands. We will be looking to expand our team as we grow into the UK and US. Job requirements

Experience

We think the following experience and qualities will help you succeed in this role:

  • 3-5 years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or B2B marketing, preferably within a SaaS or technology company in EMEA region. 

  • Proven experience working with solution providers, resellers, and system integrators to build successful co-marketing programs. 

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot). 

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously. 

  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking KPIs, evaluating campaign success, and optimizing partner marketing efforts. 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams. 

  • Experience in partner program development and executing incentive-based programs is a plus.

  • Ability to create sales-enablement tools
