Your role

Our state of the art cryptographic technology poses unique challenges for the way it is deployed. As a DevOps Solution Engineer, you help our BYC and on-premise customers roll out our stack to optimize user experience, scalability and security. This will engage not only your problem-solving skills, but your communication skills. You will also help the DevOps team in designing and building an efficient SaaS infrastructure. You will work in the DevOps team, collaborating closely with our Customer Success, Web Dev and Cryptography teams.

What you’ll do

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting customers with on-premise deployments of our stack

• Designing and implementing innovative solutions for our SaaS platform

• Improving our own infrastructure and team collaboration

• Designing and implementing effective monitoring and alerting capabilities throughout our platform

• Optimizing our product and update release cycles through CI/CD

• Streamlining performance testing and evaluation

• Automating internal processes for increased efficiency and productivity

• Agile cooperation with the Customer Success, Web Dev and Cryptography teams

• Proactively identifying opportunities and solutions for improvement of our architecture and codebases

What you bring

• Minimally 3 years of work experience in a DevOps, software engineering or equivalent role. You have used code to build and maintain critical applications and scalable system infrastructures

• A strong analytical and curious mindset – you are eager to understand how technology works and how to solve challenging problems

• Communication skills that allow you to interact comfortably with our users – you enjoy helping customers unlock the value of our solution

• Hands-on experience using or administering Linux environments, including troubleshooting and shell-scripting (e.g., Bash)

• Experience with container tooling such as Docker and Kubernetes, as well as configuration tooling such as Terraform and Helm

• You have an international orientation and experience with professional-level English

• You are hands-on, proactive, organized, and structured, with a strong eye for quality

• You are creative and not afraid to step outside of your comfort zone. You can quickly respond to changes in the environment and deliver short-cyclical value in an Agile way
