As we expand, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is an executer at heart—someone who loves understanding customer challenges and goes the extra mile to deliver value and societal impact. You will manage projects in a fast-paced environment, build and grow data-sharing consortia, and act as a trusted advisor across diverse topics and disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage smooth customer onboarding and project delivery in close collaboration with sales and product teams.
Guide customers in defining success metrics and implementing data-sharing programs.
Support customers with data analytics use cases and basic troubleshooting in Python.
Advise on organizational and legal aspects of privacy-preserving data sharing.
Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth and advocacy.
Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize product enhancements based on customer feedback.

Job requirements
Job Requirements
Master’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in customer success, project management, or strategy consulting.
Affinity with data analysis (basic Python skills preferred).
Experience managing projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong interest in data science and privacy technologies.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
